During the HerOwnership Luncheon at AAHOACON25, Asian Media Group USA – publisher of Asian Hospitality magazine – unveiled its first-ever “Women of Color Power List 2025.”
The inaugural list shines a spotlight on 51 women who are redefining leadership in hospitality. Each honoree was recognized for their resilience, innovation, and vision.
Several AAHOA Members, including former Board Members, were honored, as well as industry leaders who have worked closely with AAHOA through its partnerships, programs, and advocacy efforts. Their inclusion underscores the powerful presence and growing influence of women of color across every facet of the industry – from ownership to operations, policy to progress.
Asian Media Group’s Managing Editor Kalpesh Solanki, Executive Editor Shailesh Solanki, and Chief Operating Officer Aditya Solanki announced the list live from the HerOwnership stage. AAHOA extends its heartfelt congratulations to the honorees and reaffirms its commitment to championing the incredible women and leaders shaping the future of hospitality.
