10 Songs to Get You Hyped for AAHOACON26

April 6, 2026 by Cathleen Draper Leave a Comment

It’s time to turn up the volume on AAHOACON. This year’s AAHOA Convention & Trade Show is more than a gathering for the nation’s hotel owners and hospitality leaders – it’s a commemoration of “America the Beautiful” as the country turns 250. AAHOACON26 won’t just offer education, networking, and opportunities for “Celebration” – it’ll showcase how members “Don’t Stop Believin’” in themselves and the American Dream.

Kick-start your day with an “Espresso,” and play these 10 songs to get you hyped for AAHOACON. And when it’s over, send some “Love from Philly” on social media with #AAHOACON26.

1. “DIL CHAHTA HAI” BY SHANKAR-EHSAAN-LOY

This year’s Gala headliners Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy capture the beauty of friendship and life’s big moments in this title song. “Dil Chahta Hai” is the perfect soundtrack for reconnecting with friends and celebrating success at AAHOACON26.

2. “MOTOWN PHILLY” BY BOYZ II MEN

Smooth harmonies meet undeniable swagger in this Philly-born anthem. The song details the group’s dreams and how they achieved them – a message that might just resonate with AAHOA Members.

3. “GONNA FLY NOW” BY BILL CONTI

Feeling like a networking underdog? Listen to the Rocky theme song to channel your inner champion. It won’t be long now until you’re closing deals on the Trade Show Floor.

4. “STREETS OF PHILADELPHIA” BY BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN

Springsteen’s moody and reflective medley is a reminder that AAHOA’s story is rooted in resilience – it starts with hoteliers navigating real challenges and rising anyway.

5. “THE FRESH PRINCE OF BEL AIR THEME SONG” BY WILL SMITH

From West Philly to AAHOACON, this theme song is pure main-character energy. Its playful lyrics are the perfect reminder that the journey to the American Dream can start anywhere.

6. “PHILADELPHIA FREEDOM” BY ELTON JOHN

The Rocket Man’s homage to tennis star Billie Jean King and her team, the Philadelphia Freedoms, blends pop rock, disco, and Philly Soul, providing an energizing and uplifting anthem to kick-start your day.

7. “AMERICA” BY NEIL DIAMOND

Diamond’s sweeping anthem is especially poignant for AAHOA Members during the country’s 250th anniversary – the song honors the immigrant experience and the pursuit of the American Dream.

8. “EASTSIDE/TUJH MEIN RAB DIKHTA HAI” BY PENN MASALA.

Penn Masala’s cross-cultural mashup mirrors AAHOA’s own story – one that blends heritage and hustle, tradition and innovation. Penn Masala will perform at the Stars, Stripes & Liberty Nights gathering at AAHOACON26!

9. “SUMMERTIME” BY DJ JAZZY JEFF AND THE FRESH PRINCE

This laid-back hit is the perfect AAHOACON vibe-setter: Cool confidence and clear skies ahead of a bustling Trade Show.

10. “TSOP (THE SOUND OF PHILADELPHIA)” BY MFSB FT. THE THREE DEGREES.

Get ready to get down at the AAHOACON26 Gala. This disco, funk, and Philly soul fusion – written as the theme song for the show Soul Train – plays before every Philadelphia Phillies baseball game.
