THANK YOU FOR JOINING US IN PHILADELPHIA. AAHOACON26 in the City of Brotherly Love was a truly incredible experience – thousands of hotel owners, operators, and industry leaders came together to hear world-class keynote speakers, learn new insights from top-level education sessions, make deals on the Trade Show floor, and network with old friends as well as new ones. The annual convention also held the election for the 2026-27 Board of Directors. Congratulations to all our newly elected leaders! Read more about AAHOACON26 on page here.

AAHOA WELCOMES A NEW CHAIRMAN. Rahul Patel officially assumed his chairman position on the last day of AAHOACON. He grew up in Surat, India, and studied agriculture, later becoming a farmer. He came to the United States to pursue prosperity for his family; eventually he joined AAHOA and deepened his knowledge of hospitality through the association. Learn more here.

CELEBRATE AANHPI AND NTTW THIS MONTH. As an organization that represents the interests of Asian Americans in hospitality, AAHOA is proud to celebrate Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. May 3-9 is National Travel and Tourism Week, which recognizes travel’s essential role in stimulating economic growth and creating quality job opportunities. AAHOA is grateful for the hard work of our members in advancing travel and tourism.

AAHOA CONGRATULATES THE 2026 AWARDS WINNERS. Congratulations to the outstanding leaders recognized at the AAHOA Convention & Trade Show for their drive to develop new solutions for the hotel industry, taking hospitality to the next level. Join us in celebrating them! Learn more here.

GEAR UP FOR THE 2026 HOC SEASON. The 2026 Hotel Owners Conference & Trade Show (HOC) season kicked off in March in Salt Lake City, UT. Designed for hotel owners, HOCs offer networking, access to premier vendors, actionable education, and region-specific updates. The 2026 season runs through November.
