1TEE OFF FOR A GREAT CAUSE THIS AUGUST. AAHOA, in partnership with the AAHOA Charitable Foundation (ACF), will host two Charity Golf Tournaments next month, bringing members and vendors together for networking, friendly competition, and a meaningful cause. The North Carolina Region tournament takes place from Saturday to Sunday, August 15-16, followed by the Northwest Region tournament on Monday, August 17. These events help support ACF initiatives and provide another opportunity to connect with fellow hoteliers in your region.
2SHARE YOUR NEWS WITH AAHOA. Have you hosted a Back of the House Tour, met with a political candidate, or been recognized with an award for your volunteer efforts? Share your news with AAHOA, and we’ll share it with your fellow members! We’d love to feature you in Hotelier Weekly, on social media, or in Today’s Hotelier magazine. Email AAHOA at pr@aahoa.com.

5SUMMER TRAVEL CONTINUES TO DRIVE DEMAND. Hoteliers are navigating a busy season fueled by major events, celebrations, and seasonal travel trends. From America’s 250th anniversary festivities to the FIFA World Cup, many markets are seeing increased activity and higher guest expectations. As occupancy remains strong, owners and operators are focused on maintaining operational efficiency, delivering standout guest experiences, and capitalizing on one of the busiest travel seasons of the year.
